The ebook begins with this assertion, clearly a rhetorical device beyond any substantial fact. For me it is not credible that 95 to 98 percent of the Earth's population is acquainted with the ideas exposed in the ebook. Did the authors mean that 95 to 98 percent of this planet's population, if not consciously, subconsciously is already a "Dragonia" or "Nirvana" (sub/super) human asset for the exclusive use of "THEM" and the concretion of "THEIR" designs, irrespective of these alleged---victimized---partisans of the "Consortium of Dragonia" or the "Confederate of Nirvana" not knowing about the situation?
